The founder of OPAL Teacher Training, Eva, is one of those people who just gets things done. Versatile and creative, her classes are always the ones to inspire you, the same as her story of a teacher becoming an entrepreneur. She has traveled the world, taught students at all levels (her favorite being teaching adults), published an English vocabulary workbook and a storytelling app, started and sold businesses, conducted numerous EU-funded projects, and developed new curricula. Her areas of expertise are digitalization of the learning process and game-based learning. Eva started participating in Erasmus+ in 2010, so the relationship with this wonderful program has been going strong for more than a decade. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for a local NGO, organizing youth events, songwriting, singing, and dancing.

Dora is an Erasmus+ enthusiast, who not only teaches, but also participates in teacher training courses because it combines the three things she enjoys the most - traveling, meeting new people, and learning new things. She is currently also building her academic career as a Ph.D. student at Vienna University, but her passion for teaching enables her to bring you complicated theory in an easy way. Dora specializes in all things languages, specifically CLIL and middle school teaching. She regularly hosts Erasmus+ webinars where she helps our prospective partners write successful applications and manage their projects. 

Antonia believes that in our line of work, it's pivotal to keep learning and to always search for better methods. She chose to do that through Erasmus+, which has given her opportunities to improve her teaching skills and to learn about new and effective methodologies, which she is now ready to transfer to new teachers. She is a language school owner, proficient in all things digital, and her area of expertise are different assessment methods. Her Erasmus+ final reports always get the highest marks, so she can help you with that as well. Antonia is someone who is always curious so she spends her free time trying out different hobbies and traveling.

Tea says Erasmus+ is like an addiction to her - once she discovered it, while she was still studying psychology, that was it! Ever since she has found a way to make it part of her life and is a self-proclaimed Erasmus ambassador. One time she even learned (tried!) how to juggle on one Erasmus+ project. She is still juggling between many interests and hobbies - she's a psychologist with experience working in human resources. She loves working in an intercultural context, travelling and music is her passion! She enjoys working with groups, especially on all things mental health, and is very enthusiastic about experiential learning. She is currently training to become a certified cognitive-behavioral therapist. 

The biggest Erasmus+ connoisseur of us all, Ivana has lived this program through and through. She is an English and German language teacher at a high school level, who has been working as a coordinator of international projects for more than 15 years. She has planned curricula, served as an educational mentor of a tech start-up, worked in an expert group with the Croatian Ministry of Education to support the curricular reform in Croatia, and received the Ministry’s award for innovative learning scenarios, as well as the Croatian Parliament and Ministry of Education award for the best educator in 2019. Her enviable career includes working as an external associate at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, Croatia, where she delivered the course ‘Modern Media in Teaching’ and she has managed more than 12 EU educational projects, including Erasmus+ since 2015. Ivana's expertise covers many areas, and at OPAL she is focused on digital tools for modern classrooms.
